We'll meet you where you're at, and help you get to where you want to be. 

Our Custom Meal Plans include a complementary exploratory consultation. During this first meeting, our chef will try to get to know you, your goals, your preferences, eating habits, and dietary needs and restrictions– all of which will be used in developing the meals included in your meal plan.

After the initial consultation, the meal plan includes weekly check-ins between you and the chef to review feedback that can be used for the meals in the succeeding weeks.

Female-Centric Consultations

Understanding the significance of comfort and tailor-fit experiences, we are extending a unique Female-Centric Consultation option with a female representative. In this space, we prioritize the female perspective and aim to address and focus on your needs. 

Language is Not A Barrier

There is no need to worry about communicating what you're looking for, because we can facilitate consultations and discussions in English and Japanese.

Time-Saving on All Fronts

The Custom Meal Plan saves you more time and energy from browsing through our different meal plan options and menu. Based on the information from your consultation, our chef will personally select meals that fall under your listed preferences, and make sure that these meals are well-accounted to your target calories and macros.

Our Custom Meal Plans run from 4 to 12 weeks. This allows us to help you stay on track and consistent with your goals, and to maximize your results.

Not only will you have exclusive access to our chef's expertise, but you'll also receive full access to the entire menu of Easy Meals Japan and early access to new meal releases. With the depth of our engagement, you may also receive opportunities to share your input for some of the meals we may be developing.
