This is one of the first he learnt to cook as a 7 year old kid. As soon as hew found this modernised healthier version he knew he had to share it. Chicken thighs, apricots nectar, borlotti beans for extra fibre, and a french onion soup base, with just a touch of seeded mustard. Steamed green beans and broccoli on the side. (Serves 1)
