Custom menus written for you by your Nutritionist/dietician and our Chef, that will take into account all your likes and dislikes and dietary needs.
All your meals will be hand selected by your nutritionist/dietician
1 x 15 minute initial consultation with our staff to determine which of our nutritionist/dieticians will be best suited to you and to help you select the best plan for your goals
1 x 30 minute consultation and evaluation at the beginning of your cycle
Macros set to your needs and can be adjusted during your plan with consultation from your nutritionist/dietician.
Advice on supplements and vitamins to help you live a healthier, more fulfilling life. Allowing you to perform at your best
Weekly check ins. Email or Zoom , Whatever suits your schedule for the week. Just let us know. Your nutritionist/dietician will check on you, assess you and find out what meals you are liking or would prefer to not have. If you have a favourite tell us and we will make that fit into your lifestyle

Priority in asking for menu items to be developed
1 x 30 min consultation at the end of the cycle with your nutritionist/dietician to evaluate how you did and to assess/set a plan for the future
1 x hard copy of the weekly menu sent with the meals
1 x emailed copy of the menu sent on Sunday nights

Extra zoom check-ins can be purchased in for ￥4500 per 30 min session
